It may take a couple of days to get your requested item. Be patient, you will get your items as soon as possible.

Refunds are only given if you receive the wrong item by our mistake.

If by any chance the server must close we will refund anyone who donated within 3 months of server closure.
(Records will be kept to ensure fair refund)
